Creator Terms
The working relationship between a creator and GARMAN, including participation, conduct, and program expectations.
- Participation is voluntary, non-exclusive, and can be paused or ended by either side at any time.
- Creators are independent contributors, not employees or agents of GARMAN.
- Contributions must be your own original work and accurate to your real experience.
- Every submission is reviewed before publication; creators do not publish directly.
Privacy Policy
What information GARMAN collects from creators and applicants, and how it is stored and used.
- We collect what you give us: contact details, application answers, profile information, and submitted content.
- Information is used to review applications, run the creator program, and pay eligible earnings.
- We do not sell personal information or share it for unrelated advertising.
- You can request a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it, at any time.
Content Usage Agreement
Defines what GARMAN can use, where it can be used, for how long, whether paid advertising rights are included, and whether edits are permitted.
- You keep ownership of everything you create.
- GARMAN receives a licence limited to the specific content you submit for a specific project.
- Placement, duration, and whether paid advertising is included are agreed in writing before work begins.
- Edits are limited to cropping, colour, and length unless you agree otherwise; attribution stays with you.
Referral Terms
Attribution windows, eligible products and services, and how referral commissions are calculated.
- Referrals are tracked through your own links across a defined attribution window.
- Commission applies to eligible completed purchases, net of tax, shipping, discounts, and returns.
- Cancelled, refunded, or fraudulent orders are not commissionable.
- Rates and eligible categories are confirmed before a campaign begins and shown in your portal.
Compensation Terms
How assignment fees, stipends, royalties, and commissions are confirmed and issued.
- Fees, stipends, and royalty terms are agreed in writing before any work starts.
- Earnings are issued on a regular cycle once approved and above the stated minimum balance.
- Creators are responsible for their own taxes as independent contributors.
- Nothing in the program guarantees income; earnings depend on the work and the results.
Disclosure Policy
Required disclosure language for paid, gifted, and affiliate content.
- Paid, gifted, and commissionable content must be disclosed clearly and up front.
- Use plain wording such as "paid partnership with GARMAN", "gifted by GARMAN", or "affiliate link".
- Disclosure belongs in the caption and in the video itself, not only in comments or descriptions.
- Claims must be honest, based on your own use, and never medical or guaranteed outcomes.
